Position Summary
The Project Manager plays a critical role in overseeing signage and wayfinding projects from contract signing through installation and closeout. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and teams simultaneously.
As the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams, you will coordinate schedules, budgets, permitting, production, and installation logistics. Your leadership will ensure that projects meet design intent, regulatory compliance, timelines, and client expectations.
This role offers a high-impact opportunity for candidates with a background in architectural project management, construction, or environmental graphic design project coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Lead all phases of project management from contract execution to final installation
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
Manage client communications and provide regular status updates
Coordinate cross-functional teams including design, fabrication, permitting, installation.
Oversee preparation, submission, and approval of permit applications and ensure compliance.
Review and approve shop drawings, submittals, and technical documents
Facilitate project kickoff, progress, and closeout meetings with internal teams and clients.
Project budgets, change orders, and collaborate with finance for invoicing and revenue tracking.
Conduct project reviews to capture lessons learned and recommend process improvements.
Ensure quality control throughout project lifecycle and uphold company brand standards.
